Medical, Dental, Vision, & Prescription Plans
Blasch Ceramics offers premium health insurance at a low cost to our employees. On the first day of the month after an employee has completed their 90-day probationary period, they are eligible for health insurance through Capital District Physician Health Plan, on an Individual, 2 Person or Family rate plan.

Life and Disability Insurance
Blasch Precision Ceramics offers company-paid and supplemental life insurance coverage for employees.

401(k) Plan
At Blasch, we encourage our employees to look to the future and save for retirement through our 401(k) program. We offer several investment options to our employees and also match retirement contributions in order to increase the quality of life of our workers upon retirement.

Employee Bonus Program
Annual bonus payments are awarded to employees based upon achieving company and personal goals.

Tuition Reimbursement
Blasch believes that career growth is essential to the individual and to the company. Employees are therefore eligible for 100% tuition reimbursement after you complete your 90-day probationary period with prior management approval. Tuition reimbursement is guaranteed only if the employee receives a B grade or better.

Vacations, Holiday and Sick Time
Employees have the potential to earn up to five weeks of vacation based upon the number of years of service. Blasch employees enjoy the benefit of receiving 10 paid holidays annually. Blasch employees are also become eligible for paid sick leave after completing six months of service.

Employee Referral Program
Most of our locations provide a cash award to employees for referring qualified candidates to the Company.
