Joy Milne, Controller, is responsible for the integrity of all financial data including management of benefits and administration. More specifically, Joy performs cost accounting reporting – providing proactive reports to manufacturing and management personnel to drive improvement in profitability as well as creating annual budgeting and forecasting. Joy comes to us with nearly 25 years of experience in financial management and most recently was the Controller at Noble Gas in Albany, NY. Joy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from SUNY Oswego College.
Kevin Molocznik, Design Engineer, is responsible for process engineering and improvements and new product designs, specifically customer application engineering. Kevin comes to us from Remington Arms and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Lori Gicewicz, Director of Marketing, is responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies and programs that will drive growth in prioritized markets, both domestic and international. Lori comes to us with nearly 10 years of industrial marketing experience. She has led numerous initiatives that have earned her a strong reputation in the industry. Lori holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Siena College.
