Blasch Precision Ceramics Announces Ted Collins as Executive Vice President of Global Contract Manufacturing and Licensing, Elevates Dr. Keith DeCarlo to Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology

Blasch Precision Ceramics, a global leader in advanced ceramic manufacturing, today announced strategic leadership changes to support the company's continued growth in Contract Manufacturing and its global licensing initiatives. After more than 32 years of invaluable contributions to Blasch, Ted Collins will transition to the role of Executive Vice President of Global Contract Manufacturing and Licensing.

Ted Collins, a long-time fixture at Blasch, has a storied career that began with the company as an intern and has spanned diverse functions, including Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and most recently Operations. His exceptional leadership has played a pivotal role in the company's success. In his new role, Ted will oversee current Contract Manufacturing relationships, drive expanded production capacity and efficiency, and establish new global partnerships to strengthen Blasch's position in international markets, ultimately enhancing revenue performance.

As Ted transitions to his new role, Blasch is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Keith DeCarlo as the new Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology. Dr. DeCarlo has been with Blasch for over 12 years and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional development. With a Ph.D. from Alfred University and an MBA from UAlbany earned while working at Blasch, Dr. DeCarlo brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to his new role.

In his capacity, Dr. DeCarlo will be responsible for Albany Manufacturing, overseeing Operational Materials and Engineering Departments (excluding Applications Engineering). His innovative approach and extensive technical experience, particularly in managing proprietary material programs, have been key contributors to Blasch's success.
