Carbon Steel Elbow Blowout
Fully Intact CeraLine Elbow
✓ Custom engineered ✓ Drop in installation ✓ Proven in 10+ industries
Coating your pipe just delays the inevitable.
- When abrasive or corrosive media runs through your pipes at high velocity, a coating, no matter how thick, will eventually fail. The media doesn’t care about the paint. It cares about the path of least resistance.
- What actually works is a cast ceramic liner. Not sprayed on. Not tiles glued together. A precision cast, fully fired ceramic sleeve, at minimum ¼inch thick, installed directly into your existing steel pipe.
- Your Blasch engineer analyzes your application, specifies the right ceramic material, and designs a solution that fits your exact dimensions and operating conditions.
Real plants. Real results.
