Blasch Precision Ceramics Announces Appointments of Dr. Keith J. DeCarlo as President and Chief Operating Officer, and William P. Russell as Chief Revenue Officer

Albany, NY, July 30, 2026 – Blasch Precision Ceramics, a leading manufacturer of industrial ceramics, today announced the appointment of Dr. Keith J. DeCarlo as President and Chief Operating Officer, and William Russell as Chief Revenue Officer, effective August 1, 2026. Jack Parrish will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer, a position he has held since 2017.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Dr. DeCarlo will provide leadership across all company departments and divisions. He will be responsible for developing and implementing an operating plan that supports the company’s strategic vision, while ensuring operational excellence across the organization. DeCarlo has been with the company since 2011 and has held a number of leadership positions during his tenure at Blasch, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology. 

As Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Russell will develop and execute the company’s global commercial strategy to drive sustainable, profitable revenue growth. He will oversee Sales, Marketing, Technical Business Development, and Customer Service. Russell joined Blasch in 2010, working in both the technical and commercial divisions of the business, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
