Most ceramic lined elbows fail at the joints.
CeraLine™ doesn't have any.
CeraLine is a one piece, precision cast ceramic liner with smooth bore and constant wall thickness. No tiles. No epoxy joints. No failure points. Custom engineered in silicon carbide, alumina, and other advanced ceramics, for any size, any angle, any application.
✓ Jointless one piece design
✓ Custom Engineered
✓ SiC available
✓ ANSI & Victaulic compatible
The joints make the difference.

From your measurements to your plant, here's how it works.
Step 1: Analysis
Tell us your application, media, temperature, velocity, pipe dimensions. Our engineers identify the root cause of your wear problem, no drawings needed to get started.
Step 2: Engineering
We design a custom CeraLine solution, right ceramic material, right wall thickness, right flange configuration, engineered from your measurements. No drawings required. If you have them, great. If not, our engineers work directly from your dimensions and create the necessary drawings. Either way, our engineers turn your measurements into a complete, ready-to-install solution.
Step 3: Installation
Drop in installation. No system modifications needed. Your CeraLine component fits exactly where your old pipe was.
