Your Pipe isn’t the Problem. What’s Lining it is.

CeraLine by Blasch replaces coatings and steel with precision cast ceramic liners that last 8x longer. We don't just make them, we engineer each one to your measurements and your existing system. No drawings needed. No modifications needed

Coating your pipe just delays the inevitable.

  • When abrasive or corrosive media runs through your pipes at high velocity, a coating, no matter how thick, will eventually fail. The media doesn’t care about the paint. It cares about the path of least resistance.
  • What actually works is a cast ceramic liner. Not sprayed on. Not tiles glued together. A precision cast, fully fired ceramic sleeve, at minimum ¼ inch thick, installed directly into your existing steel pipe.
  • Your Blasch engineer analyzes your application, specifies the right ceramic material, and designs a solution that fits your exact dimensions and operating conditions, no engineering drawings required on your end.

Ceraline Wear

Real plants. Real results.

8x

From 3 to 4 months to 30+ months, pneumatic ash conveying, power generation facility

10x+

From days to 12+ months, FCCU catalyst transfer line, European oil refinery

30 months

Only 10% ceramic wear at highest stress point, bagasse boiler, Guatemala

From your measurements to your plant, here's how it works.

Step 1: Analysis

Tell us your application, media, temperature, velocity, pipe dimensions. Our engineers identify the root cause of your wear problem, no drawings needed to get started.

Step 2: Engineering

We design a custom CeraLine solution, right ceramic material, right wall thickness, right flange configuration, engineered from your measurements. No drawings required. If you have them, great. If not, our engineers work directly from your dimensions and create the necessary drawings.

Step 3: Installation

Drop in installation. No system modifications needed. Your CeraLine component fits exactly where your old pipe was.

  • Power Generation, fly ash, bottom ash, pneumatic conveying
  • Oil Refining, FCCU catalyst lines, slurry spools
  • Mining, tailing lines, slurry transport
  • Chemical Manufacturing, corrosive process streams
  • Battery Manufacturing, highly corrosive production materials
  • Sand Foundry, pneumatic sand conveyance
  • Cement, bulk material transport, carbon injection
