Ceramic Lined Pipe & Spool Liners: CeraLine™

Available as a turnkey unit with steel pipe and flanges, Blasch CeraLine™ ceramic-lined pipe spools are engineered for extended service life and exceptional abrasion resistance. Blasch pre-cast, tight-tolerance ceramic shapes line straight pipe in diameters ranging from ½ inch to several feet.

CeraLine’s engineered joints and smooth bore help minimize premature wear, interrupted flow, pressure drop, and flow restriction. Short or long pipe spool configurations are available for runs up to 8 feet, with concentric and eccentric reducers available for connections to existing piping.

Blasch can supply ceramic-lined pipe and fittings with a variety of end configurations, including standard flanges, weld-on, slip-on, Victaulic, threaded, and plain pipe ends. Custom sizing and configurations allow CeraLine components to integrate directly into existing piping systems.

A range of abrasion-resistant ceramic compositions is available to meet specific application requirements. Blasch SiC liners provide predictable, extended service life, helping reduce downtime, repairs, and maintenance frequency while allowing users to better plan maintenance and replacement schedules.

CeraLine ceramic-lined pipe spools can replace weld overlay, ceramic coatings, alumina, rubber, polyurethane, and tiled or segmented construction, often delivering 2–10× longer service life.

Blasch Insulated CeraLine

In addition to abrasion-resistant linings, Blasch can engineer ceramic-lined insulation packages for complex piping systems. For applications involving hot gases or combustion, including methane pyrolysis, electrolyzers, molten salt transfer lines, heat exchangers, and hydrogen combustion systems, Blasch can provide a high-temperature, hard-faced lining system backed by an engineered insulation layer.

Corrosion-resistant and high-temperature ceramic materials are available to meet specific application and process requirements.
